STAF 2019 offers 1-, 3-, 4-, and 5-day passes.

The registration includes access to all main events, satellite events, coffee breaks, lunches, and social events (except for the conference dinner) taking place on the days you registered for. This applies also for discounted student registrations.
The conference dinner on Wednesday July 17th is only included in Regular 3-, 4-, and 5-day passes. Regular registrants choosing a 1-day pass or Student registrants can buy extra conference dinner tickets during the registration process.
Extra tickets for reception and dinner are available at €30 and €85 respectively. Unfortunately, due to limited space, it is unlikely that extra tickets for the Tuesday afternoon excursion will be available.
Early registration will end Friday June 7th, midnight Central European Summer Time (CEST, GMT+02:00). Late registration will end Friday July 5th, midnight Central European Summer Time (CEST, GMT+02:00). On-site registration will also be possible.
Early and late registration payment is possible using credit card, bank transfer (SEPA), and the Dutch iDEAL system. On-site payment is only possible using credit card and iDEAL.
Author Policy
For each accepted paper at least one author has to be registered by the early registration deadline for the day the paper presentation takes place (the schedule will be published in due time before the early registration deadline). This applies for accepted conference papers, TTC papers, workshop papers, junior research competition papers, and project showcase papers. The author may register paying the regular fee or the discounted student fee if applicable.
Student Policy
For registrations at the student rate, a proof of student status—such as a confirmation of registration provided by the university or a confirmation letter by the PhD advisor—has to be provided during the registration.
Visa Information
If you need a visa for traveling to the Netherlands, we can provide you with the invitation letter needed for obtaining the visa. You have to fulfill the following prerequisites to acquire this invitation letter:
- You have to be already registered for STAF 2019.
- You need to have an accepted paper at one of the STAF 2019 events.
If these prerequisites apply for you, please contact us by sending an email to staf2019@tue.nl. In your e-mail, please explicitly indicate to which STAF 2019 event your paper has been accepted.
