STAF 2019 will take place at the TU/e Science park of the Eindhoven University of Technology. All conferences and workshops are in the Auditorium (building n.1 in this map). Registration will also take place in the Auditorium.
Eindhoven central train station is 650 meters (10 minutes walking) from the Auditorium and the Zwarte Doos. Eindhoven Airport has a direct bus connection to Eindhoven central train station. Up to date information on how to get to the TU/e Science park once in Eindhoven can be found at the local website.
Social events
The reception on Monday July 15th will take place at Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven’s tasting location, Cafรฉ 100 Watt. For the Tuesday July 16th excursion to DAF, transport to and from the DAF factory will be arranged by bus (included in the registration). The conference dinner on Wednesday July 17th will take place at the Evoluon. We will provide bus tickets to get to and from the Evoluon using public transport. Use bus lines 401/402/403 from Eindhoven central train station and get off at stop Evoluon. Buses run about every 5-10 minutes during the day, and about every 15 minutes around the dinner end time.
The JRCE social event (for PhD students and junior postdocs only) on Thursday July 18th will take place at De Zwarte Doos (building n.4 inย this map).ย
